We can accept 300 dpi artwork at 100% of final imprint size produced in Macintosh® format using Adobe Illustrator™ CS4 or earlier or Photoshop® CS4 or earlier, Macromedia Freehand® MX or earlier or Quark X Press® v7.0 or earlier.  Preferred method for supplying digital art files is via email to artdept@wincraftschool.com.  We can also accept files on CD or DVD.  If you would like to submit your electronic file in a format other than those listed, please contact customer service for more information.

You may also upload art directly to us using the upload artwork feature below.  Sending artwork for production involves following the steps below:

1.      Complete a purchase request with the shopping cart for all items and note the Order ID for the purchase on the receipt.

2.      Gather all material used to create the file… making sure to include all placed files, (PICT, TIFF, EPS).

3.      Include all fonts used in the file…remember that PostScript™ fonts require two parts 1) bitmaps (screen fonts) and 2) outlines (printer fonts) to operate correctly.  Be sure to include both.  If possible convert all types to path or outlines to avoid having to send fonts.

4.      Compress all files being submitted… Use STUFFIT!, Compactor Pro, Sick Doubler, NowCompress, WinZip or similar utility.  Always save files as a self-extracting archive (.sea or .sit) before saving to disk.  If art is created using a platform other than Macintosh® please contact customer service for specific instructions.

5.      Upload artwork and attach the order id included with the purchase request. Click the "Browse" button below to select the desired file(s) from your hard drive. Once you are finished choosing the file(s), click "Upload".
